Can we just tell you how in love with rose gold we are? Recently we did an invitation suite that was a mixture of foils and inks. And one of the foil colors was rose gold. It was SPEC-TAC-U-LAR.

Here we play off the warm hues of this glorious foil by pairing it another warm color and vintage silver. We have a feeling this stunner foil color is going to make several appearances on our Color Me Monday posts.

We just discovered Bakerella. And after seeing all the I'm-dying-inside-for-a-bite sweets that could occupy our kitchens this weekend, we're kind of wishing we didn't. Especially right before swimsuit season. 

Buuuut we did. And there is nothing that can be done about it now. One of the artists on our GP team whipped up this Peanut Butter Brownie recipe for us and it left us wanting a whole pan to ourselves. You'd understand if you tried them. Especially if you love chocolate. With peanut butter. Seriously, come on.

So why try your hand at a new baking recipe? It will surely please some lucky best friend, boyfriend, husband, neighbor, or whoever you choose to share these with. Or enjoy them all to yourself. We don't care.

For those of you not familiar with foil stamping, you are missing out. Foil stamping {or foil embossing} goes along the same idea of letterpress printing. 

They are both methods used to press the colored design into the paper. Which is what gives it that beautiful texture that made us all fall in love with letterpress stationery in the first place. With foil, though, you get that eye-catching shine. The "stunner element", as we like to call it.

The results of foil stamping leaves you with an extra special pop. Well, that and some happy guests who know they are being invited to join a very special event.
