Ah-hah! This could be the most exciting part of your wedding planning to date; this makes everything official! (As if the ring, the “I do” and all the other planning meant nothing) This is it! You are inviting people! To your wedding! Awesome!
According to tradition you will want to start with the invitation face-up on the bottom and stack the remainder of the pieces in descending order with your smallest piece on top.
Tuck your reply card under the flap of your reply envelope and don’t forget to stamp your reply envelope/reply postcard!
Insert the stack into your inner envelope, if you have one, with the right side of the invitation toward the flap. Close your inner envelope and slide that in your outer envelope, flap side in.
Seal your outer envelope, stamp it, give it a little kiss or whisper a well wish and drop it in the mail.
